Visitsingapore.com played a vital role in marketing Singapore as a travel destination in 2019, attracting 19.1 million visitors. Our objective is to create an iterative design process that enables the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) to develop, maintain, and update the website effectively. Our goal is to engage current and potential visitors through compelling storytelling and deliver useful content at scale.
To improve website performance, our task is to enhance the website in terms of usefulness, ease of use, enjoyment, website design, trust, content quality, and navigational clarity.

Design System
The project brief required the development of a design system. Our first step was to identify all design patterns currently used on the interface and document any inconsistencies. The aim is to provide users with a consistent user experience, irrespective of which section of the website they are browsing.
