Setting up the design system
As the design team expands, it becomes imperative to establish a coherent vocabulary that can be shared across cross-functional teams. To this end, we have developed a design system that guarantees uniformity in design throughout the entire website.
The implementation of the design system has enabled swift and efficient production and replication of design and development work, enabling us to allocate resources towards addressing more complex design issues. This has proven to be a valuable time-saving and productivity-enhancing measure.
Revamping the design for purchasing flight tickets
We conduct detailed user research during the design process to identify and address customer pain points, understand their goals and objectives, and enhance the user experience on singaporeair.com. Our goal is to provide customers with an exceptional website experience.
